Delivery:

1. Your wholesale electronics orders will be quality controlled, packed, and dispatched within 6 days against payment
2. After we send out your goods, we email you the courier tracking numer within 1 working day.
3. Transit time from china to your delivery destination, including delivery by courier to your door, is normally only 3-5 days.

Shipping cost:

1. All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual weight of the goods or the good’s dimensions, plus the deliver location.
2. For air cost, when the item is light but bulky, the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.
3. All orders must be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in case of wrong delivery.
4. If a delivery is confirm lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information, and arrange a refund or redelivery at no further expense to you.

Quality and Warranty:

1. Our QA team would confirm that all ordered electronics products are functioning correctly and right accessories are included before they are packed and sent to u. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line.
2. All our products are covered by a 12 month warranty, for return and repair / replacement. This means that faulty products can be returned by post to us, and we will make the repairs or instant replacement and ship the new goods back to u.
3. Before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. In most cases we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.
